Interruption to Water Supply - Haven

Duration of Outage

Estimated time water is restored: 1 pm, 17 June 2026.

During the water interruption

  • Do not use any taps or water-using appliances. If a tap is turned on accidentally, please turn it off immediately.

  • Use heating and cooling appliances with caution, following the manufacturers’ instructions for times when water supply is off.

  • If you are on dialysis or have special water needs, please call us immediately on 1800 188 586, any time.

After water is restored

Our team may need to flush the water mains to restore water quality. Any loss of water will be kept to a minimum.

  • Run the cold tap closest to your water meter for 1 to 2 minutes until the water runs clear.

  • Use any collected water for use in your garden.

You should not run hot water until the water runs clear.
