Due to maintenance works on the Donald town water supply, customers may experience low water pressure during the following period:

9 am to 5 pm Wednesday 14 December.

We will make every effort to return water supply to normal as soon as possible and let you know if anything changes.

These maintenance works are part of our commitment to providing our customers with a reliable service standard.

We ask customers to minimise their water use during the above times.

Following the works, it is often necessary for our staff to flush the water mains to restore water quality. Any loss of water will be kept to a minimum.
