Health care, pension and veteran affairs cards   

Customers who hold eligible concession cards are entitle to a Victorian Government concession on water and wastewater charges for the principle place of residence.

To claim a concession please phone 1300 659 961 and have your concession card with you. By claiming a concession, you will be authorising us to confirm your eligibility with Centrelink or Department of Veterans’ Affairs. This consent will be ongoing and can be revoked by contacting us.

The Victorian Government offers a rebate of up to $260 per annum on the fixed water and wastewater service availability charges of eligible customers in urban areas.
