One of the most important ways that GWMWater communicates with its customers is through an extensive network of customer committee members. These committees draw membership from both rural and urban water users, municipalities and environmental interests. Approximately 120 people are part of GWMWater's customer committees. Committees meet regularly and provide advice to GWMWater on matters that relate to policy, customer service, customer relation issues and operation of the system. They are also a barometer of community standards and expectations.
