Paying your bill
Mail

Please detach the bottom portion of your account and mail with a cheque to GWMWater, PO Box 481, Horsham 3402. 

 
BPAY - Biller Code 79855

This payment option allows you to pay your account directly over the internet. Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to pay our account from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Please quote the biller code and account number located at the top of your account. 

 
Payment in person

Present your account intact at any Australian Post Office or at GWMWater Office, 11 McLachlan Street, Horsham. Payments may be made by cash, cheque, credit card or eftpos. 

 
Payment by Centrelink

Use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. Arrangements can be made by phoning us on 1300 659 961. 

 
Direct Debit

If you would like GWMWater to deduct payments directly from your bank account please phone us on 1300 659 961, or you can download a direct debit application form.

 
Credit card via phone

To pay your account by credit card over the phone please call 13 18 16 or go to postbillpay.com.au. Your POSTbillpay code and reference number are located on the back, bottom portion of your account.

 
Policy

Urban accounts   

If payment for an urban account is not received within office hours by the due date shown on the front of your account, additional charges will apply. Late payments may also incur an interest penalty calculated from the date of issue.

Rural accounts   

Late payments will incur an interest penalty calculated from the due date on rural accounts.
